5k TT=26'20" Felt strong but, my time doesn't show strength. Oh well. Got a 7 miler next. I actually look forward to the long ones.

Nothing wrong with that. What I've started trying to do when I run is working on my form. I try to move my legs slightly faster and to concentrate on each step being a little more fluid, to lessen the force of the impact when my foot hits the ground (and to make it easier on my knees and hips). Not sure if that makes sense, but thought I'd throw it out there. It actually makes me run faster when I do that. When I'm just running to get it done I usually run much slower. Glad you look forward to the long ones. I like them too, as long as I'm well rested and feeling good. No training here today. Worked 10 hours and just got to the hotel here in Charlotte an hour ago. Just logged my time for the day and I'm already at 40 hours after 3 days. Will probably be close to 60 by the end of the week. Planning to double up on Friday and do DLs and Bench. Then a run on Saturday since it will be 60 degrees (so much for the blizzard...). Next week, I'll be in town so working out should be a little more doable. Hope you have a good night.
