WU: 500m run then 3rft:10 squats,10 four count mtn climbers TT=4'58" Power Cleans: 115*5 120*5 125*5 130*5 135*5+(6)TT=6'16" Conditioning: 12' AMRAP: 15 jumping jacks, 15 45# thrusters,15 dragonflies TR=6 in 13'33" I decided to skip deadlift because I have a 7 mile run tomorrow. The conditioning was not that bad however, I realized that thrusters really do suck.

The conditioning was not that bad however, I realized that thrusters really do suck. Nice job. Smart move skipping DLs if you're trying to do well on a run. Nothing smokes a run quite like DLs. Worked all day today and then drove home from Charlotte. Had a fleeting thought of working out but decided to watch our daughter and let my wife get some alone time outside the house. I'm pretty exhausted so it was probably a good thing to skip it. That being said, I plan to do DLs tomorrow ad might double up and do bench too. After that, it is a run on Saturday.
