Well, I am healthy. Cholesterol a little high. (2points) Doc said that even with my muscle he wanted me to lose about 10#. Guess I will be running more after the 15k. I ran my furthest today. 7.10 miles! The first four were fine. The last three, not so much. I had to stop at miles 5&6 to stretch my hams. My average pace was 9'02" which includes stopping for traffic. I had to cross one main two lane and then a super busy 4 lane. TT=63'21"

Glad to hear that you're healthy too. Since I got this new job I never go to the doctor because I don't want to have to pay our deductible. Haven't been in a year now but my cholesterol was almost bad enough to go on medication. Blood pressure too. I politely refused, citing my complete distrust of the medical community... Sorry about the rant. Glad to hear that you are alive and well though.

Then: 20 Power Cleans, 75 lbs. (Could not complete. Back hurt) One set of Overhead Press, 75 lbs, for Max Reps: 20

Complete 10 Rounds for time of the following while wearing a 25 lb backpack: 10 Rounds for time of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats

Comments: Still very worn out from the road and feel like I'm fighting something still. Going for it anyway though. Bench: Nice and strong on those. Very happy with that PR. Deadlift: I honestly can't believe I got that PR. Was not feeling it on these at all. My lower back is really sore too. Assistance: My back really started hurting during the last round of assistance. I ended up skipping the Power Cleans that I had programmed for a burnout set. It hurt just to bend over at all. Didn't want to push it with Squats coming up on Monday. Happy with that set of 20 on OHP though to burn out on Bench. Metcon: This was a good one. Hard to really keep moving because of the weighted pull-ups. Most other sets were unbroken though. Good stuff. Going to run in the nice weather tomorrow. Hope you have a good night!
