And January is in the record books. Man, that was fast. Rest day here. I've got a bunch of errands to run. Lower back is still hurting pretty bad and my legs are still trashed from that run. If I'm really feeling it, I may do a maintenance week starting with Squats tomorrow. Otherwise, it will be conditioning only. Hope you all have a wonderful day!
