WU: 4' AMRAP: 5 sit ups, 5 push ups, 5 jump squats, 5 chins TR=5 in 4'08" Squats: 135*5 205*3 260*3 275*3 295*3+(5) Bench: 135*5 185*3 215*3 225*3 250*3+(4) TT for both~16' Conditioning: 50 four count mtn climbers, 50 push ups, 50 sit ups TT=6'59 beat my time 8 days ago by 50" Heaviest that I have lifted in about 6 weeks. Happy with those numbers. The push ups were terrible after benching. Hope the day was a good one.

Yeah, I was thinking to myself that that was the heaviest I recall seeing you go in a while. Glad you stepped on the gas and good job on the metcon too. I was going to train tonight, but my daughter hurt her leg really bad at the playground this afternoon so I met her and my wife at the pediatrician instead. The pediatrician wanted to have x-rays done, but we decided to give it a day or two and see if she is doing better. We didn't want to expose her to unneeded radiation unless it was really necessary. As of now, she will stand on it and take a few steps, but that is about it. Really hoping it isn't bad. I guess we'll see. Hope you guys have a good night.

I too hope she is OK. The wife and I have been through several scares. Keep an eye on her, give her some ibuprofen and ice it. If it's not better soon get it checked out.

Thanks. Yeah, we are keeping an eye on it. She woke up at 3:00AM when the ibuprofen wore off and we gave her some more. She has slept well other than that. We'll see how today goes. Thanks.
