I'm supposed to have a 3 miler today but, weather is bad. Probably just do a long conditioning routine.

Squat 5x135, 5x185 3(5x210)
Dead Hang Pull-ups 5 Reps, 3 Reps 1 Set Max Reps: 10 8 Reps, 5 Reps
Assistance 4 Rounds: 20 Box Step-ups (Alternating), 25 lb Plate 8 Good Mornings, 65 lbs 10 Barbell Rows, 115 lbs 8 Knees to Elbows
Then: 20 Jump Squats (body weight) and One Set of Ring Rows for Max Reps: 17
Time: 26:30
Conditioning: Metcon
10 Rounds for Time: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats
Time: 8:05
Comments: My daughter is limping, but walking and doesn't appear to be in a ton of pain, so that's an improvement. Decided to get a workout in tonight. Combined Squats and Pull. Decided to do a metcon for conditioning since it is raining and dark here. Maintenance week this week. Squats: Legs still felt rough for these because of that run. Good sets though. Pull-ups: Not a strong showing on these. Oh well. Not bad for working three 11 hour days in a row. Assistance: This felt like a metcon because of the high reps. That was rough. Metcon: Originally, I had this as a weighted metcon, but didn't make it through one round before re-agrivating my back. So I decided just to do it unweighted. My back kept hurting getting up from push-ups and during the beginning of squats. Don't know what it is... Oh well. Have a good night!

Glad your daughter is feeling better. Glad you got to workout. I'm on my third and final bathroom remodel. Got the walls finished and will be removing the toilet and laying flooring this weekend. Finishing up the sink cabinet next week and then installing it and the lavatory, lights and fixtures. Then I will be done.
