Good early morning. While last night definitely stung, I'm very happy for Peyton Manning. He has been instrumental in changing the quarter back position and in my opinion, deserves more superbowl rings than he has. I'm glad to see him finally get that second one.

WU: 500m run TT=2'40" then 4' AMRAP of: 5 push ups, 10 squats, 20 jumping jacks TR=5+5 push ups and 6 squats; finished 6 rounds in 4'23" Strength: Hang Power Clean 3*5@95/105/115 TT~6' Metcon:250m run; 21-15-9 of squats,push ups,ring rows; 250m run TT=8'10" Kind of a "CrossFitty" style workout. Just kind of playing around this week as I have the 15k this weekend. Will only be running 3/2/2 miles this week then 15k on Saturday morning. Hope that the flight was good and that PR is nice.
Nice job! Nothing wrong with a quick metcon. Yeah, I wouldn't be doing a bunch of lifting either if I were running a 15K this weekend. Nice work!
