The metcon was a lot harder than it looks. The T2B were the worst. Hope you are not working too hard. Nice job on the squats and metcon. I read that metcon closely and I bet it did suck. Nice job! It was a long one here. I was in an aerial lift for almost the entire day and when I got back to the hotel I had sea legs. Also, this was the wrong week to break in a new pair of boots. There is very little skin left on my ankles. Even had to put duct tape on the blisters, which helped for an hour or two. Too beat and out of daylight to do anything training wise. Still, I felt pretty good for the past two grueling days of work and I could tell that a lot of the Puerto Ricans were pretty impressed with how hard we work. Unfortunately, we have to go back to the job site tomorrow, but it shouldn't be as bad as the last few days. The back is still feeling a little weird, but much better than it was last week. Still, I'm going to rest it until next week and plan to start with a deload week to get things moving again. Luckily, work has provided a fair amount of exercise this week. Hope you have a good night. Ouch! Yeah, new boots in the tropics=swamp foot. There is a lot to say about impressing 3rd world workers. They tend to think that Americans are soft. I got that a lot in Africa. The metcon was not too bad, but doing T2B after KB Swings was rough. My hips/core were shot. I forgot to add that the KB was a 44# one.

Yeah, TTB suck any time! That's cool that you have an actual KB. I just use a dumbbell and it is really awkward to hold.
