Good morning. Planning to do this metcon tonight.
Five Rounds for Time: 10 Walking Lunges, 40 lb Dumbbells 10 Pull-ups 10 Bench Press, 135 lbs 10 Jump Squats 10 Ring Rows 10 Push-ups
Thought this one would be pretty good with mostly static, isolated movements. Hope you have a good day.

Comments: I ended up changing this one a little. Went with 30 lb dumbbells for lunges and changed the push-ups to plyo push-ups. This one was harder than it looked. I lost considerable time going in and out of the house to do walking lunges. I want to try this one again in a few weeks. Hope you have a good night.

Rest day here. I had to put the finishing touches on the bathroom remodel. Got the new cabinet in, set the granite top, installed the vessel sink and fixtures. I have to install the drain/p-trap tomorrow as I didn't have the part I needed but I put a bucket underneath so the wife can brush her teeth!

It sounds like it's going to look great and it is good that there are still people out there who know how to do that type of work. We had every intention of remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms, but to be honest, as much as property value has sky rocketed around here, I don't think it would matter much for the value of our home. Plus, we had to spend $10K getting the foundation fixed and water re-routed so that ate up our remodel budget. What I really need to look into is planting some grass. Not sure if you can do that in the Spring or not...

I'll bet. That is a really awkward movement. It probably came from gymnastics and I doubt that it was intended for high reps. Thanks on my metcon.
