Do not take that system lightly. It hit my town last night around 8 o'clock. Many homes destroyed, lots of damage, multiple tornadoes many of them large and moving at 50 miles an hour. We spent about an hour in the bathroom. Hope you guys make it through it and maybe it's not as bad as it was for us.

Conditioning: Metcon
Two Rounds for Time: 20 Mountain Climbers (4-Count ) 20 Pull-ups 20 Decline Push-ups (feet on 24" Box) 20 Jump Squats
Time: 11:04
Comments: It was a long, wet day at work and a four hour commute in the rain and wind, but still, I was really motived to workout right when I got home. Then, I sat in the den for an hour waiting on the storm to pass and have lost all motivation. Oh well, I'm hitting it anyway. Deadlifts: Felt pretty weak on these. My back felt good though so that is really promising. Bench: Haven't really lifted anything heavy in a few weeks on these lifts and have dropped five pounds this week at work so it is no surprise that bench felt about 20 lbs heavier. Metcon: Probably should've just let work be my metcon for today, but since I've slacked on conditioning earlier this week, I went ahead and did something. Originally, I had written another metcon that was a little harder on the legs and since I'm going to be climbing up and down an extension ladder all day tomorrow, I thought I'd skip that one this week. Have a good night!

That's really nice of you guys to go help your friends. Hope all they lost was their garage. Yep, just the garage. It pulled the cover off his front bumper and I put that back on as well as making sure his breakers were off in the room with roof damage.
