Conditioning: Metcon
"30 for 30" Complete 30 Reps of the following at 30% of 1RM for each lift. No Partitioning. Post weights of each lift and Total Time: 30 Overhead Press, 55 lbs 30 Squats, 95 lbs 30 Bench Press, 75 lbs 30 Deadlifts, 125 lbs
Then complete the following:
30 Pull-ups 30 Ring Dips 30 Burpees
Time: 13:33
Comments: Originally this was just the power lifts, but I finished those in 6:30 and wanted to keep exercising. All sets of power lifts were unbroken. Decent metcon. Did a lot of manual labor at work today too so getting it in all over the place. Planning to run tomorrow. Have a good night.
