Conditioning: Distance Run, Outdoor, Paved, Hills
5K, (3.1 Miles), 24:54, 8:01 Mile Pace, 428 Calories
Comments: Blew the leaves off the roof and raked the entire yard before this, so I wasn't that fresh. Would've preferred to run longer and slower, but didn't have enough daylight left. Evidently, daylight savings time is back in two weeks so that should help with the evening runs. Hope you all have a good night.

Thanks man. Actually did that same run 30 seconds faster last week (but was fresh). Glad you're getting some family and golf time in. Breaks are good and you definitely deserve one. Hope you guys enjoy the rest of your visit.
