WU:500m run; 4' AMRAP: 5 push ups, 10 squats, 20 jumping jacks TR=5+ 5 push ups, 6 squats Bench Press: 140*4*10 140*amap(15) TT=6'38" Conditioning: 5 pull ups,10 burpees, 20 push ups, 30 sit ups, 40 squats, 1000m run, 40 squats, 30 sit ups, 20 push ups, 10 burpees, 5 pull ups TT=13'59" Spent some time this weekend thinking about my programming. Soccer season is about to start, my new job started today and I will be busy here real soon. Going back to some old school for myself but will be running EOD and shooting for about 12-15 miles a week. Hope you had a good day.
