So February is in the books. Looks like winter is almost done. Jaysun is like, "winter? What's that?" Should be a bunch of manual labor again for me today so I'm not sure if I'll do any training afterwards. Yesterday, I found myself wearing a back pack that weighed over 50 lbs, and at the same time, making multiple trips up and down the steps carrying tools and equipment in excess of 50-100 lbs. "Real" construction guys were pretty impressed by that. Of course, I have quick little two day sprints and these guys do this stuff every day. Keeping up that kind of pace would be insane on a regular basis. Hope you have a good day.

WU: 500m run TT=2'47" 5rft: 10 lunges,10 push ups, 10 squats,10 sit ups TT=6'18" Squats: 175*4*10 175amap(15) TT=9'24" Conditioning: For Time: 1 sit up,1 squat, 1 burpees, 2 sit up, 2 squat, 2 burpees.. up to 10 of each. TT=11'37" My new schedule doesn't allow me to run during the week. #1 and #2 are with me from the time we wake up until bedtime. I now work at their school so I will have to run on the weekends. I didn't really think about that this weekend. Oh well, we will get by. Don't work too hard.

Bummer on the no running during the week, but I guess that's the way it goes sometimes. We worked hard again today and finished up at lunch time. I'm still exhausted from yesterday too so no training for me tonight. Planning to do squats/pull-ups tomorrow night. Have a good one.
