I have OHP. Have not done that in a while. My legs are sore this morning from 175*55 total reps in squats yesterday.

WU: 250m run,40 jumping jacks, 30 squats, 20 sit ups, 10 push ups, 5 chins TT=2'57" Clean & Press: 75*4*10 75amap(12) TT=6'01" Conditioning: Tabata: push ups-11,7,6,6,6,6,5,6 squats-13,13,14,13,13,13,14,15 ring rows-8,7,6,7,6,5,5,6 Shoulders were blasted for the push ups. Whoo hoo!

Squat 5x135, 5x185 3(5x210)
Strict Pull-ups 5 Reps, 3 Reps 1 Set Max Reps: 10
Assistance 4 Rounds: 5 Squats, 155 lbs 5 Strict Pull-ups 8 Reverse Hypers 10 Box Step-ups (Alternating), 25 lb Plate 10 Ring Rows 8 Dragon Flies
Then: One set of 40 lb Dumbbell Curls (Strict) for Max Reps: 6 (each arm)
Then: One Set of Squats at 155 lbs for Max Reps: 20
Time: 30:40
Conditioning: Work the last two days
Comments: Good workout. It felt good to get out here and sweat it out a little. Main lifts were 3x5@70% again. I mixed up the Assistance though and included 5 reps at 50%, then 10 reps of body/lighter weight. The burn out sets were a little heavier this time too. Going to let work Monday and Tuesday be my long metcon for the week. Hope you have a good night.

Hope you have a good night. 155*20=breathing heavily Looks like a good workout. It sounds like your job has been working you hard this week. Climbing up and down a ladder all day with a load is work. Don't blame you a bit for letting it be your metcon. I have DL's tomorrow; then soccer practice; then cub scouts... Long day.

Thanks on the workout. Yeah, Monday was right up there with moving in terms of working hard. Definitely one of the hardest working days of my life. Oh well, riding the desk for the rest of the week now. Not too bad. Ha ha...
