Deadlift 5x235, 5x265 3(5x295)
Bench 20x45, 5x135, 5x155 3(5x185)
Assistance 4 Rounds: 5 Overhead Press, 95 lbs 5 Deadlifts, 205 lbs 5x4-Count Flutter Kicks 10 Overhead Dumbbell Press, 30 lb Dumbbells 8 Sumo Deadlifts, 135 lbs
Then: One set of Bench Press for max reps, 135 lbs: 18
Then: 10 Ground to Overheads, 30 lbs Dumbbells
Time: 34:13
Conditioning: Metcon
10 Rounds for Time: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats
Time: 7:35
Comments: Was really motivated until the rest of the clan got home and started going nuts. Still, the workout felt good. Pretty easy actually. Regular old metcon. The creative juices just weren't flowing so I did that one. Tomorrow is rest. Run on Saturday. Hope you have a good night!
