Good morning. Man, I'm feeling those DLs from last night! I think there were 77 total in that workout. I feel it more sapping my energy than anything. Definitely taking a rest day today and plan to sleep as late as possible this weekend. I need to catch up on some rest. Hope you have a great day!

We have a lot to do this weekend. At least it will be beautiful weather. We have date night tonight, whoo-hoo. Hope you get to rest.
