Good morning. My boss texted me last night and told me we are doing a corporate photo shoot today so I am going to be putting on a suit this morning for the first time in a LONG time. Luckily I can still fit into it since I've been counting calories and losing weight! Anyway, it should be entertaining...
We'll see what happens on the training front. I could probably use a day off after yesterday. Hope you have a good one.

Ended up being a rest day here. Woke up at about 3:00AM last night and never really got back to sleep. I was exhausted by the time I got home today. Yesterday was a pretty intense workout so the body needed some rest. I may have to get kind've frantic this week with the workouts as it's looking like I may be gone all next week. May do DLs Bench tomorrow and a short metcon. Then throw in some other conditioning later in the week and move next week's programming up a few days. We'll see. Have a good night.
