Deadlift Work up to a 5RM for the day. 5x235, 5x265, 5x285, 5x305, 5x325
Assistance 4 Rounds: 5 Deadlifts, 210 lbs 8 Sumo Deadlifts, 135 lbs 10 Toes to Bar
Then: 20 Straight Leg Deadlifts, 95 lbs
Time: 24:13
Conditioning: Metcon
Complete 50 Strict Pull-ups. Each time you have to let go of the bar, complete 5 Burpees.
Post Time: 7:13 Post Number of Burpees: 35 Pull-up Splits: 10, 7, 8, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
Comments: Felt pretty tired today, but my energy came back when I started working out. Good workout. I wanted to go ahead and knock out DLs because I may switch it up next week and do them on Sunday (instead of squats). Happy with 5x325. That metcon was a good, short one. I may increase the Pull-ups to 75 or 100 at some point to make it a lot worse. Hope you have a good night!

Thanks! Yeah, have at it. I've been writing a few in a thread in the general discussion forum so I don't have to get home from work and try to figure out what to do. Check it out. You may like some of them.
