I've been pretty tired off and on for the last two weeks. I think it may be the pollen starting to pick up, or maybe just the increase in assistance work. Either way, may try to get a metcon in tonight. Good job again.

Bench Work up to a 5RM for the day. 5x135, 5x165, 5x185, 5x205
Assistance 4 Rounds: 5 Overhead Press, 40 lb Dumbbells 8 Bench Press, 135 lbs 8 Reverse Hypers
Then: One set of Close Grip Bench, 95 lbs for Max Reps: 18
Time: 18:00
Conditioning: Metcon
10 Rounds for Time: 5 4-Count Mountain Climbers 5 Push-ups 5 Jump Squats 5 Second Dead-hang from Pull-up Bar 5 Pull-ups 5 Knees to Elbows
*Continue from one exercise to the next.
Post Time: 13:50
Comments: May have stepped on the gas a little too quickly on bench. Topped out at 205 lbs today. My current 5RM is 215 so that isn't bad. Metcon: Had originally written this as 20 rounds. Well.... not today. Ha ha. That was a lot worse than it looked on paper and forget moving from one exercise to the next. Only have a distance run left for the week. Will try to do that Friday. Hope you have a good night.
