Happy 66'th birthday Dad. RIP.
Good morning. Planning to work a half day today and then do a run this afternoon. This weather is amazing. 81 degrees in early March, three days in a row now. Gotta take advantage of that. Hope you have a good one.

WU: 3rft:5 chins,10 push ups, 15 squats TT=2'39 Bench: 135*5 145*3 165*1 175 to fail(20) TT=3'48" Conditioning: 10rft: 5 four count mtn climbers, 5 push ups, 5 jump squats, 5" DH, 5 chins,5 K2E TT=14'40" The bench was cool. That 175*20 is a rep max. The conditioning was terrible. I can tell that chins aren't a priority for me lately. Off to an activity at the school.

Glad you liked that metcon. It's amazing how quickly you can lose pull strength. Mine went to crap after most of February off. Getting back into it now. Hope you event at school goes well.

It ended up being a rest day here. My boss surprised me and took me to play golf this afternoon. I haven't played in almost two years so it was hard to say no to that. Needless to say, after a few beers and 9 holes of golf, I wasn't much in the mood to go running. Planning to run tomorrow and then do DLs on Sunday.
