Deadlift Work up to a 10 Rep Max for the Day 10x185, 10x205, 10x225, 10x255, 10x275 (PR 10RM)
Dead-hang Pull-ups 5 Reps, 3 Reps, One set for Max Reps: 8
One-Arm Barbell Rows 3x5@70% (75 lbs) *Does not include the weight of the barbell
Assistance 4 Rounds: 5 Deadlifts, 210 lbs 5 Pull-ups 5x4-Count Flutter Kicks 8 Sumo Deadlifts, 135 lbs 8 Dumbbell Curls (per arm), 40 lb Dumbbells
Then: 20 Straight Leg Deadlifts, 95 lbs
Then: One set for Max Reps of Inverted Barbell Rows. (Use a Reverse, Narrow Grip) Reps: 15
Time: 39:00
Conditioning: Interval Burpees 25 Burpees Slow: 2:30 25 Burpees Fast: 1:42 25 Burpees Slow: 2:27 25 Burpees Fast: 1:41 *Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds
Comments: Didn't get much sleep last night and am pretty tired, but going for it. Deadlifts: Felt plenty strong on these. I'm calling 275 a PR 10RM, mainly because I don't feel like looking back over two years of deadlift data to see if I've ever beaten it. Pull-ups: I should've done these before Deadlifts... Burpees: Managed to limp through the finish line on these. They all sucked. Wow, that was 122 Deadlifts and 100 Burpees in one workout. Plus some other stuff. What CNS? Ha ha. All of these different assistance movements are fun , but I'm losing a bunch of time setting stuff up. I may need to simplify it a little pretty soon. I may have to go out of town tomorrow night, but will try to get in a hotel metcon. We'll see. Hope you have a good night.

Nice PR. Interval burpees? Only you would find a way to make burpees suck more.
