Comments: In a hotel room for this one, so fairly limited as to what I can do. Decided to switch it up a little from the usual pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, squats. Good little metcon. Hope you have a good night!

We are back from camping. We spent a couple of nights in the woods and had some fun. We fished, went hiking, spelunking and on the way home today we stopped at a spring and swam down to the cave mouth/vent opening. By we, I mean #1,2& me. The wife and #3 went for a short hike. Probably going to the beach tomorrow and may or may not be able to workout. We'll see.
