Nice job! You did all of those squats in 4:28??? Good Lord! Rest day here. I did a fair amount of manual labor at work all day and never ate lunch so I'm chilling out tonight. Hope to workout tomorrow. That time was work time only. I stuck to the E2MOM the rest of the time was rest time. Either way, that is still beastly. I usually take around 15 minutes for 5 heavy-ish sets of a main lift.
