WU: none RDL 4*6@135#; 4*8 slow ring Rows; 4*8 L-sit DB shoulder press @30# TT=7'58" Conditioning: 3RFT of: 5 man makers@30#; 10 slow pull ups; 20 walking lunges w/25# DB's TT=7'01" Quick and taxing workout. Soccer practice and a game as well.

Conditioning: Run, Outdoor, Paved 2.64 Miles, 22:38, 8:32 Pace, 180' Elevation Gain
Comments: Was pretty tired after working all day and then driving 3 hours, but managed to get this one in. Good little run, right on the James River in downtown Richmond. The entire last half mile or so was steep uphill. Basically, all of that elevation gain was at the very end, so it sucked. Work and then another short travel day tomorrow. Hope you have a good night.

I just try to find a path where I won't have to stop at a hundred stop lights. This one was a good one.
