Conditioning: Metcon
"Murph" Complete the following for time:
Run 1 Mile 100 Pull-ups 200 Push-ups 300 Squats Run 1 Mile
Time: 30:40 (PR by 5:47 over 5/24/14)
Comments: It is raining so I decided against the long run in favor of a metcon with smaller runs mixed in. Haven't done this classic in almost two years and decided to give it a shot today. It's funny, I "partaked" a little too much last night and still beat my previous time by almost 6 minutes. The ironic thing was that I felt like I was going really slow this time. Guess I was mistaken... The first mile was in 7:15. All sets were unbroken. The second mile... well..... I didn't time it, but it was probably around 9:00. I'd like to try this one some day when I really prepared for it. I think a sub-30 minute Murph is possible. OK, my college roommate is coming to visit later so I need to clean, I mean trash the house a little bit. Ha ha. Hope you have a good day!

You did 100 pull ups, 200 push ups and 300 squats without breaking them into sets?! Gads man! Hella nice job!

5k run with my 7yo. TT=33'07" He only walked once. Super proud of him as he was the fastest 2nd grader and placed 8th overall out of all of us. He beat me in the sprint to the finish. Needless to say that this was a fun run but still an awesome effort. Off to the grocery store.

You did 100 pull ups, 200 push ups and 300 squats without breaking them into sets?! Gads man! Hella nice job! No, I partitioned them into Cindy sets. Did that every time before though and am glad to have beaten those records.
