WU: 500m run,10 45# squats,10 HSPU(piked),20 Superman's, 10 wide grip pull ups TT=5'06" Strength: Bench Press: 6*175 4*200 2*225 2*240 1*250 TT~6' Conditioning: 12,9,6,3 reps for time of: 85# squat clean, burpees, 20" box jump overs TT=9'03" Great workout other than the metcon. Terrible... Bench reps were strong with a good pause. Squat cleans were very form heavy hence the lighter weight. Burpees were sloppy and box jump overs were slow.

Comments: Good hotel room metcon. There were lots of breaks built in due to broken sets, but I was still sweating by the end of it. I've been thinking lately that I need to keep beefing up the metcons. On days or weeks when I'm at home, I need to start making them longer and mixing in different movements. I seem to keep doing the same stuff over and over again and that isn't really in the spirit of the metcon. I was limited tonight due to being in a hotel, but will work on mixing it up when I get home. OK, off to the shower and then to eat. Hope you have a good night!
