WU:300 single unders, 10 45# squats,10 HSPU(piked),20 Superman's, 10 wide grip pull ups TT=4'43" Strength: BB Rows: 6@125 4@135 2@145 2@155 1@165 1@175 1@185 TT=6'26" Conditioning: AMRAP in 10' of: 10 65# muscle snatches, 10 24" box step ups (45# DB's), 10 burpees TR=3+10 muscle snatches No problems with anything but the muscle snatches. Having to do those right after burpees sucked. First time doing this metcon so I guess this was a benchmark. I'm liking this programming I've been doing. It is a CF template but I'm trying to avoid the stupidity of some of CFHQ's "mis-programming." Hope you had a good travel day.

Yeah, the "sensible metcon" routine sounds good for conditioning. You are definitely doing some hard/taxing movements back to back. I've noticed that a lot from your stuff lately. Usually, in a "triplet" or whatever they call it, I will only have one or two movements like that. At 10 minutes, that is doable, but it would suck to do a metcon like the one you did today for 20 minutes or more. Anyway, more power to you. You sure are winning the award for the most burpees completed by anyone outside of boot camp.
