Good morning. All I have left for the week is a distance run. It is supposed to be fairly cold this weekend, but I'll try to fit it in. As for today, my plan is to mow the yard when I get home and then get to enjoying the Masters. Hope you have a great day!

WU: AMRAP in 10 mins of: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats, 20 sit ups TR=6+5 chins+10 push ups+2 squats Squats: 135*10 230*6 260*4 290*2 310*1 TT~10' Conditioning: 800m swim TT=15'14" Had something a bit more grueling in mind but decided to do this instead. I like that warm up; the squats felt heavy and the swim was great. Two soccer games tomorrow and a fishing clinic for the boys. Have a nice weekend.

Yeah, I bet they felt heavy. Hope you all have a good time at soccer and fishing. It was a rest day here. I played a round of golf at work today. Hit one of the best drives of my life. About 270 yards, straight down the fairway. In a related story, that was one of the only good shots I hit all day. Mowed the yard when I got home so nothing left to do but run tomorrow. Hopefully it isn't too cold. Have a good night.
