Conditioning: Distance Run, Outdoor, Paved and Trail 5 Miles, 41:29, 8:17 Pace
Comments: That was rather brisk. Only 50 degrees with winds gusting upwards of 30 mph. Good time and pace though. My last two times at that distance were: 47:04 and 48:37. I'd call that an improvement. Honestly, my legs were still smoked from that squat workout two days ago. OK, time to chill with the family and watch some golf. Hope you have a great day!

We won both soccer games. #'s 1&3 both had great games. #1 looked like a pro out there with 5 goals!
