WU: 3rft: 5 pull ups,5 push ups, 5 squats TT=1'54" Strength: Push Press- 1*20@95# TT=1'12" Conditioning: "Annie" 50/40/30/20/10 reps for time of double unders & sit-ups TT=6'54" Notes: I subbed 100/80/60/40/20 single unders Very quick ~12' TT for everything. I have a doctors appointment so in a hurry. Good luck with your training tonight.

I didn't end up getting to train tonight. Got home from work early, but then got stuck writing a long report that I wasn't going to do until tomorrow. Work provided plenty of activity today though. To cap it all off, I carried well over 100 lbs worth of gear down 5 flights of steps and about a quarter mile uphill to the truck. Squats would've been ugly after today anyway. I'll try to hit them tomorrow.
