Conditioning: Distance Run, Outdoor, Paved and Trail 7 Miles, 61:00, 8:41 Pace, 956 Calories
Comments: Our daughter decided to wake up at 6:00AM this morning so I was pretty exhausted. I haven't had a lot of sleep the last few nights leading up to today. Add that to a few too many beers last night and well, it was very surprising how well that run went. I could've easily run a few more miles, but decided not to because I don't want to smoke my legs too badly for lifting this week. (I plan to max out on all lifts). So the plan is to max out this week and then do a long run again next Saturday before taking a deload week (or a week off). I may go for a half marathon if I'm feeling it. We'll see. Hope you have a great day! That's a great run. Awesome. We went to bed at 11pm. I woke up at 3 and finally got back to sleep around 4. Got up at 6 and had soccer at 0830 and 0930. #1's birthday party; home at 230; cooked for 20 and am just now taking a shower. We'll see about training tomorrow.
