WU: 3rft of 5 chins, 5 four count mtn climbers, 5 push ups, 5 sit ups TT~4' Strength: establish a 1RM for push press max=175# TT~10' Conditioning: AMRAP in 12 minutes of: 5 DHPU's and 5 DL's@225#(add 10# every 3') TR=10 DL weight topped out at 255# Pretty solid performance considering that I have been sitting on the toilet once every hour. Happy with that 1RM. Conditioning was cool too. A lot of pulling...have a good night.

I guess you didn't need to incorporate any running into this workout as you've had the runs all day?

• 25 Pull-ups • 50 Deadlift 135lb • 50 Push-ups • 50 Box Jumps 20" • 50 Knees to Elbows • 50 KB Swings, 40 lb Dumbbell • 25 Pull-ups
Time: 16:10
Comments: Definitely exhausted today. Long day at work and it has been a pretty stressful week. Still, I'm going to give this classic metcon a try. The time to beat is 17:55 on 12/14/15. Metcon: That's just a good metcon. There is nothing else to it. Originally, I wanted to do the running version of this, but with a long run coming up on Saturday I decided against it. My time may have been a little quicker than that as my wife got home in the middle of it and I stopped my watch. I didn't know exactly how long I had stopped for so I added two minutes to my time. Oh well, this will work. Happy with that time and a PR of almost two minutes. Planning to do a long run on Saturday, weather permitting. Hope you have a great night!

That seems like an awful metcon. The K2E and push ups would be my time suckers.

Thanks! It isn't as bad as it looks. You're right about the K2E. That was what took me longer than anything else. And the last set of pull-ups was horrible.
