Good morning. I leaned over a lot at work yesterday and my lower back pain is back with a vengeance. It's amazing how whenever I stop working out that seems to come back. So weird... Anyway, going to have to muscle through it today. Hope you have a great day.

No warm up. Strength: find a 1RM for Snatch. 65*1 85*1 95*1 115*1 125*1 135*1 145*1 Conditioning: 4 four minute rounds with 1' rest between of: 15 25# wall balls, 30 med ball cleans and then max reps of single unders. Score: R1=94 single unders R2=95 single unders R3=25 MBCleans and no SU's R3=68 single unders

Hope you have a good night! I do snatches very carefully. I want to add that the 145*1 was ugly. I muscled it too much and my legs went too wide so I'm not counting it as a 1RM. The 135*1 was a good lift. That metcon was kind of brutal. As Rx'd, you are supposed to rest 3 minutes between but I had supper to cook and soccer practice so I shortened it to 1' rest. I know one thing, all that squatting killed my legs. They are fried.
