WU: 100 single unders, 24 box step ups,12 pull ups,24 PVCOHS,12 chair dips,24 ab mats TT=4'57" Strength: HPC 120*5 135*4 145*3 150*2 155*1 160*1(PR) TT=6'46" Conditioning: 50 walking lunges, 100 single unders, 40 push ups, 80 single unders, 30 pull ups,60 single unders, 20 shoulder to OH(PP)@135, 40 single unders, 10 HPC@125, 20 single unders TT=13'59" Tough WOD today. Whooeee! Doesn't help that it is 90°with 90% humidity. Hope you had a great day.

I remember two years ago when we were on Brand X and we always used to post the temperature and humidity on our workouts. It really does make a difference. Only about 85 degrees here with 45% humidity so it is quite pleasant. I'm sure 90 is just around the corner though. I was looking at doing the one you did yesterday actually, but now you have me captivated by the one that you did today. The only problem is that I don't really feel like opening and closing the door to the garage a lot to go out and do single unders. Not trying to let the mosquitoes in. Not sure. I'll pick something and hit it soon. Great job on yours again!

Conditioning: Metcon
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 10 L-Pull-ups 10 Handstand Push-ups (with legs bridged) 20 Reverse Hypers
Post rounds completed: 6 Rounds, 7 L-Pull-ups
Comments: Just about fell asleep at the barber shop earlier. Man, I wonder about just tipping the girl $20 and asking if she could just keep doing the scalp massage for like 15 minutes. After I pass out she can just leave me there for half an hour and move on to her next client. Ha ha.... I doubt that would fly. OK, let's do a metcon. Metcon: That one was from main site on 4/16. I attribute Reverse Hypers (sub for Hip Extensions) to be what helped heal my back pain last cycle. So I did 120 of them in this metcon. My back felt fine throughout. Hopefully that continues. The L-Pull-ups were all singles and doubles as I can't hold my legs up like that for long. That made the entire metcon easier, but still challenging. HSPUs were piked/bridged. OK, that's it for me tonight. Hope you have a good night!
