Nothing too strenuous... It's just HOT already! 90° with 80% humidity and full sunshine. Could only go 60# on my DB's but could've handled more for sure. Maybe carry a lot further next time.

Nice job! Yeah, it almost got up to 90 today here. It is still pleasant but I'm sure it will be hot in no time. Good workout! Worked in downtown Charlotte today. Did a fair amount of manual labor. Mostly carrying equipment back and forth. Afterwards I walked over to the Panther's Stadium and bought some t-shirts for the family. Then drove 3 hours home. No training tonight. Planning to run tomorrow. Hope you have a good night!
