Well, our childcare provider is out sick so, I am home with #3 today. We could not get anybody else to sit. So I did this: WU: 750m run, 40 jumping jacks, 30 sit ups, 20 squats,10 push ups, 5 pull ups TT=7'06" Gymnastics: 5RFT: DHPUx5>>>C2Bx3>>>DHPUx1>>>10 second down and up push up TT=5'17" Conditioning: 21-15-9 of: single unders (calories) and thrusters@75# *one minute of single unders ~10 calories, so....I did this: 2' of single unders>>21 thrusters>>90" of single unders>>15 thrusters>>60" of single unders>>9 thrusters TT=7'57" This was a lot harder than it looks. I almost threw up during the metcon. Going to shave and shower...hope the day is good to you.

Hope #3 is feeling better. Ended up being a crazy day here. I just got done with work and am going to skip workout out tonight. I may work from home tomorrow and will get one in then.
