Assistance 4 Rounds: 5 Bench Press, 135 lbs 5 Deadlifts, 205 lbs 5 Knees to Elbows 10 Push-ups 5 Floor Glute-Ham Raises
Time: 9:30
Then: One set of Dumbbell Power Cleans to Overhead Press, 30 lb Dumbbells, for Max Reps: 12
Conditioning: Interval Burpees 5 Rounds of 10 Burpees Fast, 1 Minute Rest Round 1: 33 Round 2: 31 Round 3: 31 Round 4: 30 Round 5: 30
Comments: Time to get back into it. Just did some light conditioning last week, so I'm going to do a deload week to get things moving again and then start my next cycle next week. Bench: My wrist has been hurting really bad for the last week so I'm glad this is a deload workout. Felt strong for these. Deadlifts: Did double overhand grip on these to make them a little harder. Tried to keep the form perfect on each rep. Assistance: Nothing crazy here. Thunderstroming during this so I really started sweating with the humidity. Burpees: Mucho sucko, as always. Well, completely drenched in sweat out here for the first time in a while. It must be May. Gotta get up at 4:00AM tomorrow for work so I doubt I'll be doing anything tomorrow night. We'll see. Hope you have a good one! Glad you were able to get back into it. Your work schedule has seemed a little crazy lately. Nice work though. Thanks on mine. The PC session was terrible. To me, it was worse than the conditioning!
