WU: 50 jumping jacks, 40 sit ups, 30 squats, 20 push ups, 10 four count mtn climbers, 5 pull ups TT=3'31" Strength: DL 10*135 5*225 5*290 3*330 1*365 TT=11'02" Conditioning: 11 minutes AMRAP of: 7 hang snatch@85#, 11 burpees, 7 T2B TR=4 in 11'30" That's a PR on the warm up! DL's were strong feeling which is weird because I don't even work DL much anymore. The conditioning was awful. Following DL's with hang snatch, burpees and T2B was cruel. Felt good though.

Comments: Despite a super early morning of work on maybe 5 hours of sleep, I decided to give this a shot. I have to admit that I was partially motivated to do this one after hearing the news of the SEAL that was KIA yesterday. I hate to hear that news, but did hear that they put up one heck of a fight. Still, the whole crossfit thing with naming workouts after fallen warriors is ironic and boarderline disgusting to me because most of the people who do crossfit have little to no respect for our military other than these workouts. Oh well, did this one anyway and I try to honor our fighting men (and women) every day. RIP warriors.
Planning to do squats and pull-ups tomorrow. Ha ha ha... Hope you have a great night!

Brutal...brutal...metcon. Those K2E pull ups would be my gassers. Yeah, sorry to hear about that SEAL. From what I saw on the telly, his car took a direct hit from an RPG. A 16hour battle ensued afterwards. The USAF killed an ~65+ ISIS fighters with direct A2G missile strikes. Glad you got one in.

Thanks man. Yeah, the pull-ups were the easy part for me. The thrusters sucked. My wrists were killing me by the fourth or fifth rep so I would have to stop and take a break. It was a gasser all the way around though. No question about that.
