I have no idea what a good time is for that one but, I know I ran an extra 300m! ? Getting ready to fire up the grill. Beautiful weather.

I did Helen a long time ago, but differently: Helen 3 rounds for time of: 90 Single Unders (Sub for Run 400 Meters) 40 lb dumbbell swings, 21 reps 12 pull-ups Time: 9:30 Definitely much less than what you did. Nice work! I remember doing Roxanne as a drinking game once (waterfall beer while every time they say Roxanne (and during the entire chorus). I think that was about 5 or 6 beers. At least I know the beer to burpee Roxanne equation now. Ha ha ha... It ended up being a rest day. And a much needed one. My legs are feeling all of the squats this week. I'm still thinking of doing a run tomorrow. We'll see. Hope you have a good night!

I poached this from a local affiliate and when I looked at it again it turns out they had it programmed as a "partner" WOD. Oh well, I guess I can call it "Helen XL!" Never played Roxanne as a drinking game but, sounds like it may have been fun 10 years ago. Y'all have a great weekend. We are going to the zoo tomorrow and the beach on Sunday. That's what the wife wants so, that's what she gets.
