Conditioning: Interval Burpees

Comments: Decided to go ahead and workout today since I took yesterday off. Great visit with the inlaws. Still wondering about integrating a pull-up program. I haven't had time to look into it much so I'll proceed as planned this week.
Bench: Felt super strong on these. Went ahead and decided to go for the new 8RM and was pumped to get it, especially having not lifted heavy in almost 3 weeks. WHOOOOO!!!! Pauses could've been a little longer on some of those reps.
Deadlift: Felt strong on these too. Really can't believe I opened up the cycle with two PRs in one workout!
Assistance: Ahh... more like welcome to hell... That was insanely tough! Those TTB were about as strict as it gets with my back up against the racked barbell from OH Press. Triceps were pretty well smoked for that burnout set. Only seven reps there.
Burpees: What's better than being drenched in sweat and about to fall down on the ground? Still having 80 burpees to do... Those were the icing on the cake to a very hard workout. Originally they were going to be sets of 25, but that wasn' happening. OK, time to try and function for the rest of the day. Have a good one!
