Good morning. Barely any sleep here last night. Couple that with a sick family and a long day at work and I will probably take the day off from training. Hope you all have a good day. On this day in... 1957, federal agent Eliot Ness, who'd organized "The Untouchables" team that took on gangster Al Capone, died in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, at age 54. Comments: It takes some balls to take on the mob and especially to take down a major crime boss and live to tell about it.

Man, you are a videoing machine! My phone would start smoking and explode if I shot that many videos! Solid sets on Bench! That was a good variety in that workout. I like the reverse grip bench, close db press and cook wills (never knew what those were called). And even though I don't really dig machines anymore, I still miss the pec dec. Oh how I used to love that machine...

Well, it ended up being a rest day here as far as training goes. Barely any sleep last night and definitely fighting whatever my daughter has. She still has a low grade fever but is doing a lot better today. Planning to hit some DLs, Bench and Pull-ups tomorrow. Hope you all have a great night!

I had to partition the sets into 15, 10, 5.
