Good morning. Happy to have woken up not sick again this morning. Hopefully I'll be able to train this evening. On this day in.... 2000, the final episode of Beverly Hills 90210 aired. Comments: And the world was changed forever. I know I haven't been the same since that show went off the air. I was going to go with the Supreme Court's ruling on Brown vs. the Board of Education, but that is the reason I spent three hours a day on the school bus growing up and like many people, I'm still not happy about that. Don't get me wrong, I agree with ending segregation, but not shipping kids all over town just to create a "diverse" environment. I don't go to the grocery store across town, why would I go to the school across town? I think you get the idea.

Bench: More of the same here. The way I felt last week I definitely could've hit 6x220. Oh well, happy with a new 4RM. Deadlifts: Really shocked to get a PR there. Felt pretty strong for those. Assistance: Nohting fast about any of that. My back got really sore and stiff after deadlifts so I broke up most of those sets. Burpees: Sucked, as always. Well first for my workout id like to say sorry for the glitchy video yesterday todays editing skills are much smoother. that being said welcome to my back day. Red bull does not give you wings, lat pull downs does, you can do it put your back into it, meat sheild day ect Pull ups 3x10 wide pull down 5x10 close pull down 4x10 wide row 5x10 close row 4x10 lat pull down 3x10 face pull 3x10 single arm row 3x10 t-bar row 10,8,6,4,burn out at 205lbs enjoy the vid! www.youtube.com/watch?v=3G-5hjaIvWw

I will have to check that out. I always thought you could do that on youtube, but an app may make it easier. I've heard that if you use "the cloud" that that helps out tremendously with available memory and you can still access your vids from "the cloud." Don't know why I keep using parenthesis....

Back day is/was fun. As an old timer and with my schedule, I have 30-45mins a day. Keep it up and I hope you are always able to put the time in. My favourite used to be BTN lat pulldowns.

The pull ups were the time sucker. Sets of 15, 7, 4, 2 & 2. The last three sets were accompanied by heavy breathing and comments from #2: "Daddy, are you ok?"

Thank you very much. I get up at 4:30 AM usually get to the gym at 5:30 AM lift weights for an hour and then do cardio for like 30 minutes. Since I get up so early it doesn't really affect my family times and I also go to bed around 11 o'clock so I get to spend some good solid time with them after work to

Thanks man. On yours, I think the thrusters would've been my time sucker. Doing lots of pull-ups in a row does take a while though. My little girl came out in the garage yesterday with a concerned look on her face too. I had to stop and reassure her that daddy was OK. Gotta love it. I need to post that video of her doing squats with me. She loves it.
