Good morning. Planning to do DLs later. Hopefully that happens as things are crazy here. Hope you all have a great day. On this day in... 1934, Outlaws Bonnie and Clyde were killed. Comments: Perhaps I don't have all of the facts, but the way I read this was that the only real dirt that the authorities had on them was a stolen vehicle. Well, I'm not sure if you guys saw the photos of what that car (or they) looked like after the ambush, but it resembles swiss cheese. I guess that was back in the day when they shot first and asked questions later. Kind've makes some of today's complaints seem pretty minimal.

Deadlift In 5 sets, work up from 60% to 80% of 1RM. 5 Reps for each set. 5x255, 5x275, 5x295, 5x315, 5x335
Time: 9:00
Assistance
4 Rounds: 8 Deadlifts, 205 lbs 8 Toes to Bar 10 Power Cleans, 95 lbs 10 V-ups
Time: 10:50
Then, one set of power cleans for max reps, 95 lbs: 10
Conditioning: Interval Burpees 25 Burpees Slow: 1:53 25 Burpees Fast: 1:30 25 Burpees Slow: 1:56 25 Burpees Fast: 1:33 *Rest 1 minute between sets.
Comments: Split up Deadlift and Bench to save some time. Got my pull-ups for today out of the way yesterday too so this was a nice short one. Also, backing off this week. Doing 5x5 and building from 60% to 80%. Deadlift: Good sets. My back was a little sore. Assistance: Deadlift assistance always sucks. Today was no exception. Burpees: As I was saying. Some things just suck... Well, glad to have DLs out of the way. Bench and a metcon tomorrow. Have a good night!

im taking the whole week off due to a leg cramp i had last week. The pain has not subsided and i fear i may have some damge due to it.

I was wondering why you hadn't posted a workout. What were you doing when it cramped up? Seems kind've weird that a cramp has lasted that long.

I was wondering why you hadn't posted a workout. What were you doing when it cramped up? Seems kind've weird that a cramp has lasted that long. I was sleeping and it locked up took a good 30 seconds to get my calf to relax. I assumed maybe i was dehydrated. But now its been exactly a week and im getting bad pain if i turn on it

I also played 30 minutes of soccer with the family this afternoon and did 10 five second handstands. I've got the strength just lack the balance.

Thanks! Was trying to do them EMOM but took a longer break before the last set. That sucks man. Not only to wake up with it in the middle of the night, but also that it keeps bugging you. Yeah, I would just try to stay hydrated and eat some bananas. That seems to help me with that stuff. And you probably remember from work that I drink tons of water and eat a banana every morning. Hope it gets better man. Maybe try some stretching every day and at the rate you've been going your body may just need a break. It'll be better soon.
