Good morning. Probably a rest day here. Hope you all have a good one. On this day in... 1977, Star Wars opens. Comments: I never got too into all of the sci-fi stuff personally. It was always a little too far fetched for me. I think I would be able to get into it a little more now. I was more of an Indiana Jones man myself.

Conditioning was brutal. A perfect marriage of movements. The cash out SUCKED! Longest 3' I have spent in a while.

You probably had the same issue as me on bench yesterday Doing it EMOM doesn't allow for enough recovery. Still, you got some solid reps. The metcon looks good to me. Like you said, a good pairing of movements. Nice job!

It was a rest day here. Loving it and really needed the rest. I have the rest of the week to do squats, pull-ups, a metcon and a run. I'll divide it up somehow. As of right now I plan to take Friday off, so that will help.
