Good morning. We got up here to VA around 10:30pm last night and I was exhausted. Slept pretty well though and getting ready for a massive day. Probably not going to train unless it somehow ends up being a lot easier than expected. Hope you guys have a good one!

WU:50 jumping jacks,40 sit ups,30 squats,20 push ups,10 pull ups TT=3'47" Strength: Front squats -135*5 185*5 205*3 225*3 TT~7' Conditioning: 5RFT of: 5 power snatches@105# and 150 single unders TT=12'01" Could have gone heavier on front squats but don't know if I can hold much more in the front rack position. 225# was painful. Conditioning was awful...by round three I had a side stitch and I don't get those very often. Temp=90°F Realfeel=101°F Summer is here.

Man, I don't know how you do that much on Front Squats. I think I top out around 185. It's just really awkward. That metcon looks deceivingly difficult as well. No training here today, although I would've preferred that to work. We started the day by carrying about a pallet of 2x4's up three flights of steps. After that we got our ladders and tools up there and started working. Spent most of the day crawling up and down the ladder. My boss had some app on the whole time and it told him that he went up and down 50 flights of stairs and walked a few thousand steps or something. Most of that was under load so that was a good workout. 12 hours in all and tomorrow should be another 12 hour day if we're lucky. I hope to train again on Friday night, as fun as that sounds... Hope you all have a good one.
