WU: 4' AMRAP of: 5 four count mtn climbers; 10 push ups; 15 squats; 20 jumping jacks TR=4+5 MC's, 10 push ups, 7 squats
Strength: HPC- work up to a heavy single 5x95# 3x115 2x125# 1x135# 1x145# 1x155# 1x165# 1x175# 1x185#(PR) TT~11'
Conditioning: EMOM for 20 mins of: 30 secs of SU's with two DU's on every 10th rep/30 secs transition; 30 secs HPC@95#/30 secs transition; 30 secs windshield wipers/30 secs transition time then repeat until 20 mins are up.
Notes: WU-nothing special here, pretty standard stuff. The push ups were tough for some reason...hmmmm.
Strength- I'm loving the OLY and related lifts. Pretty stoked about that PR. Didn't try to go for anything heavier and now I'm wishing I would have. Watched my form in the mirror and stayed spot on with it. Not too much "muscling" it. I stopped at 185# because I felt and looked like I was muscling it.
Conditioning- a recovery workout really. I liked it but, it wasn't nearly as demanding as the past two days. I'm trying to get the DU's down; used the HPC@95# to really focus on shrug first then elbow pull second. The windshield wipers were tougher than expected but my lower back popped three or four times which immediately made it feel better. I will definitely be doing those again.
We have our last pre-k "graduation" today. #3 will be attending a Christian pre-k this fall instead of the at-home daycare. The lady who watches him has watched all of our kids, helped us raise them really and these days to find someone you trust 100% is a hard thing to do. About to head out and help the wife move her classroom. Hope you all have a good day.

Glad you're digging the Oly lifts. Sounds good on the preschool too. It is definitely hard to find someone that you trust nowadays. Our daughter will go to preschool at our church and then either to the local Christian school or homeschooling.

Lots of manual labor at work today.
Comments: Today probably made the top ten list of hardest days of work of my life. It was even harder than that half marathon. Only 4 hours of sleep last night and I worked hard outside for 9 hours straight with no break. It was 90 degrees and there was no wind where we were. Drank about 5 liters of water and only peed one time in the last 10 hours. I honestly forgot about my back pain, but it still hurts. Needless to say, no training today. Just crushed a Gatorade and am about to shower and lay on the floor for the rest of the night. Ha ha. Hope you all have a good one.
PS: After all that, I know that I could still train right now, but that would be really stupid. I guess it's good just to know that there are still a few drops left in the tank after such a hard week.
