Good morning. Rest day here as far as training goes. I may go out and wash the car or something. Hope you all have a good day.
Mike, I may be in Winston tomorrow night and Tuesday night. Are you still working out at Fitness Anytime? I might try to get a workout in. Maybe they have guest passes?

WU: none Strength: Squats 135*8 205*6 225*6 245*5 265*4 285*3 TT~10' Conditioning: 5rft of: 10 DL's @225#; 10 c2b; 50 SU's TT=11'57" Not too bad. c2b AFTER moderately heavy DL's sucks, just so you know. Have company coming tonight and staying for the week. Training may suffer, we'll see.

back PR's for the day. T-bar Row 225lbx10 Close grip row 160lbx10 face pull 160lbx10 pull up 3x10 Back gains are rare for me ive been maxed out for some time so it was nice to be able to push more weight on a few movments. www.youtube.com/watch?v=kAfe850IKMU

If you want to show i can go after work. i get off at 330 so im free anytime after that. Cool man. If anything, I'd probably just try to get my heavy lift(s) in and maybe some assistance. Probably just heavy lifts and then a circuit/superset. Total workout time would probably be 30 minutes or so. Probably start around 5:30AM-6:00AM and give me some time to get back to the hotel and shower so I can make it to work on time. That would likely be Tuesday or Wednesday morning. Might start the week with Squats/Bench/Pull-ups and save Deadlifts for later in the week since my back is still hurting. If those times work for you then cool. It would be great to see you. It's been a while. If not, we'll catch up some other time.
