Good morning. My leg is feeling pretty good today. Long day of work so probably nothing going on as far as training goes for me. Hope you all have a great day! And Mike, I brought my belt and stuff so I'll send you a text if I can go to the gym.

Nice job! Shoot, I'll take 3 PR's any day! Not sure if the gym is going to happen. I ended up staying at a different hotel and am pretty beat after 2 long days in a row. Looking forward to hopefully catching up on some sleep. Plus my body is really liking a break. I'll send you a text if anything changes.

I think it happened mostly because of skipping my warm-up and also switching the order up and trying to do squats right after doing them two days earlier. Who knows. Glad it is feeling better. Hope you all had a good time at the beach. There were good waves in NC today.

WU: 4' AMRAP of: 3 pull ups,6 push ups,9 squats,12 jumping jacks TR=5 Strength: every 75 secs do 10 OHP@85# TT=4' Conditioning: "Karen" 150 wall balls with 25# ball TT= 7'18" Quick session. Haven't done that WU in a while and I quite like it. OHP easy least. Have never done that metcon before. I set a time goal after fifty reps and i wanted to beat 8 mins. My strategy was descending sets. 30-20-15-10-5, then 25-20-10-10-5 with five deep breaths between each set.

We had good waves too but, our friends were paranoid about the rip currents so we stayed at"Mom's Beach" which is on the sound side. Got too much sun. Got home in time to watch USA beat Costa Rica 4-0! HUGE win for us and it puts us at the top of our group. Taking them canoeing tomorrow.

Don't have a wall ball and I'm not about to do that many thrusters. Great strategy and solid times! Sorry you guys didn't get to get any waves. Probably a sensible call not taking the inexperienced folks to the beach on a big day.
