Good morning. Well Mike, I went with extra sleep this morning and really needed it. This is the first day all week that I will have left for work when it was light outside. The problem is that they're working us in 12 hour shifts so there isn't much time left over. I'll probably be back next week though so maybe we can get up then. Going to work and then go home today. If I have time I may try to workout. Hope you all have a good day!

Well, it was another rest day here. I'm a little over 40 hours after three days right now and am pretty beat. I've got a dentist appointment tomorrow morning so I may try to lift before that. I'm thinking about doing both Squats and Deadlifts. We'll see.
